I, too, began using this salt after reading "Real Food". I love, love, love it! It's got a great flavor and, after eating this salt, table salt is way too "salty" to eat (in a bad way). This salt adds a great flavor to my eggs in the morning, my salads at lunch, and most dinners that I have at night. I will NEVER go back to regular salt!

I love this salt. You can add it to Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar, and it will taste great. Plus the fact that it usually cures any sickness I have quickly. What more can I ask for.

My first venture in to "gourmet" salt, and I'm happy. I bought this and a salt grinder and there is a marked difference in the quality, texture and overall taste of this and store bought salt. The one thing to point out is this is moist. I bought the Kyocera grinder and it works great, but have heard about other grinders not working so well due to the moisture. All in all, I highly recommend this.

Sounded like an interesting product, but I don't like the consistency. It's hard to describe, but I'll say that it was a little "greasier" than I expected. It didn't work well with our salt grinder because granules got stuck and plugged it up. I don't really have a comment on the taste. The delivery and packaging, etc., was fine, but this is just not my favorite.
